Frequently Asked Questions
Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Since dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid which is already present in the skin, they have excellent safety profiles because they can be broken down by the body’s own mechanisms. They are minimally invasive and safe, if performed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. As with any procedure, there are possible risks which will be discussed with you during your consultation.
We do everything we can to help reduce pain and discomfort during the treatment. We can use a numbing cream before the procedure to help make the procedure more comfortable for you. The dermal fillers we use also contain a small amount of anaesthetic in them which can also help reduce pain. The needles we use are very une and most patients experience minimal discomfort during and after the procedure.
Absolutely not. We are committed to achieving the most natural looking results for our clients.
Like any procedure, there are possible risks which will be discussed with you in detail during your consultation. The side effects are usually mild given that hyaluronic acid is a natural substance. The most common side effects our patient experience are transient swelling. redness and bruising which settle after a few days. There is a very small risk of blood vessel complications; however, the dermal fillers we use are reversible.
Please contact us via email to receive our pricing list. We require all our patients to book a consultation with our doctors prior to starting any treatments. We carefully prepare bespoke plans for all our patients and some treatments may be unsuitable for some patients.
