Yes. Cosmetic consultation require a £50 deposit and are fully redeemable against any non-prescription skin treatment (excluding skin reviews and products), reflecting the value we place on the time and expertise of our specialist doctors. Medical consultations require a £100 deposit.
Never. Our consultations exist to give you clarity, confidence and expert insight into your skin, with absolutely no pressure to proceed. You will leave with a clear understanding of your options, a recommended path forward, and complete transparency on investment, allowing you to decide what feels right for you, in your own time.
We accept all major debit and credit card types, including American Express. For clients who prefer to spread their investment, we offer an interest-free Pay-in-3 option, allowing payments to be spread across the first three months of treatment.
For more comprehensive treatment programmes, we also offer interest-free financing. This involves a brief, soft credit check, with a deposit determined according to your individual profile, and the remaining balance thoughtfully spread across your treatment period.
